Jecinta is Good and thorough work, no rush during cleaning... and very polite... but the problem is unfortunately with customer service and broken schedules that they don't adhere to.

We did not have a good experience with the cleaning service. The cleaners worked very slowly and kept saying they would not finish and that we should book again, even though there was enough time. They did not follow our instructions properly, argued when we asked them to clean certain areas, and we had to keep supervising them. The degreaser was also mixed with too much water, so the walls were not cleaned properly. Overall, the service was slow, unprofessional, and disappointing.
