أرغب في استرداد مبلغ 85 ريال الذي دفعته مقابل خدمة الفحص والتشخيص والإصلاح. حضرت العاملة/الفنيّة وقامت بتشخيص المشكلة على أنها قطعة معينة تحتاج إلى تغيير، وبناءً على هذا التشخيص قمت بشراء القطعة وتركيبها. بعد ذلك اتضح أن المشكلة الأساسية ليست في هذه القطعة، وإنما في الكمبريسر/المروحة، وبالتالي كان التشخيص الأول غير صحيح ولم يتم تحديد سبب العطل الفعلي. دفعت مبلغ 85 ريال على أساس أن الخدمة تشمل الفحص والتشخيص وتحديد سبب المشكلة، ولكن للأسف لم يتم تشخيص العطل بشكل صحيح، وتكبدت أيضًا تكلفة شراء قطعة لم تكن هي سبب المشكلة. لذلك أطلب استرداد مبلغ الخدمة، لأن التشخيص الذي دفعت مقابله كان غير صحيح ولم يتم إصلاح المشكلة. I would like to request a refund of the SAR 85 I paid for the inspection, diagnosis, and repair service. The technician came and diagnosed the issue incorrectly, stating that a specific part was faulty and needed to be replaced. Based on this diagnosis, I purchased the part at my own expense. After replacing the part, the AC still did not work, and it was then determined that the actual problem was related to the compressor/fan. This means the initial diagnosis was incorrect and the actual fault was not identified. I paid SAR 85 specifically for the inspection and diagnosis of the problem, but the service did not identify the actual cause of the issue, and I also incurred an additional cost purchasing a part that was not the cause of the problem. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the SAR 85 service fee.

The AC is leaking more after Yammak service. المكيف يسرب موية أكثر من قبل الخدمة. تواصلنا مع خدمة العملاء، لازم تحجز موعد في يوم ثاني، وأنا منتظر يومين للموعد الاول والان ما اقدر استخدم المكيف في غرفة مهمة على الخميس والجمعة. أخر تعامل معكم.
